Lead Technologist for the radiology department at Johnson City Diagnostic Center

  • Responsible for monitoring the daily productivity of the department, scheduling issues, overtime usage, resolving any employee conduct issues, and monitoring the department’s budget.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of approximately 75 radiology employees. This includes 4 diagnostic centers, surgery centers, and 14 satellite offices.
  • Radiation Safety Officer for Holston Medical Group, responsible for the company’s radiation safety program. This includes conducting safety meetings, annual radiation safety training for radiology employees, examining exposure reports, performing audits of our facilities, lead contact for all state inspections and created the Radioactive Materials License for each Nuclear Medicine Department.
