- Communicated with healthcare team members to plan, implement and enhance treatment strategies.
- Administered psychotropic medications, monitoring for side effects, effectiveness, and making adjustments as necessary to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Established rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds through empathic listening and culturally sensitive communication practices.
