  • During the last five years of my veteran father-in-law's life he suffered from dementia. I would pick him up and care for him at my home to give my mother-in-law a break on the weekends.
  • One of my best, most memorable holiday seasons was when my wife and I drove into Los Angeles and helped feed the homeless on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
