As a sale Associate in Miami, I worked directly with a diverse client base to determine their expectations as to property type and location. By utilizing all available resources, I was able to precisely match their needs and wants, presenting them with a variety of options that fit the criteria as well as their operating budget. Once the property was selected, I drafted the purchase contract and entered into the contract negotiations between the purchaser and the seller and the eventual closing transaction.
