When I started at Sintx I was not the Shipping Supervisor but was made such within the year. I handled all finished

product from storage and preservation to inventory and shipping product on time and accurate. I coordinated with all departments for shipping of marketing materials, production products to third party vendors. Shipped within strict guidelines of the

FDA for medical products and with a very high on-time percentage as the products we ship are needed mostly on a time

sensitive basis. Have overseen the release of several new product lines and have made sure we have made sufficient

space for storage and have seen to it that we shipped new promised product on time unless beyond my departments

control. Helped establish a 5s system to keep warehouse clean and free of debris and safe for employees to operate in.

Kept relations with shipping carriers (FedEx, BTX) making sure we always were in contact and received needed supplies

were kept apprised of any changes and periodically saw about negotiating rates. Have gone in on several occasions on my own personal time to see that emergency shipments were handled and have been complimented many times on my

work ethic and dedication to the company and its overall objective.

Have also taken courses at Salt Lake Community College on lean warehouse training and Introduction to Supply Chain and Operations Management to further understand the inventory process and further my skills in helping create a successful warehouse environment. Have also taken on additional roles as needed by the company and became a machinist 1 working on CNC machines to produce product. Have also trained in Quality control inspecting and measuring products to insure they meet specifications. Also on internal audit team formed to make sure we are meeting standards prior to outside audit companies coming in

Started at this company as a material handler pulling materials and gathering work order materials for the clean room to assemble.

Was then promoted to the receiving department where I received incoming goods and gathered materials to send to the Ireland and Virginia Locations.

Then moved over to shipping where I worked up to coordinator than supervisor. Oversaw the day and night crew and had 22 employees under me.

Oversaw all incoming finished goods and the storage and preservation and inventory accuracy of said goods.

Oversaw the groups that pulled product and received and stocked

new product and inventory clerks. I oversaw maintenance on Daifuku crane system used to store and pick products in the warehouse and trained employees to fix simple errors with the cranes and oversaw Preventative Maintenance.

Helped establish a pay grade system for shipping based on job knowledge. Once training period was completed employees had to test to get to the next pay scale level thus making them versatile in the department and fill in for those who are on vacation or sick.

Handled customer service, Register, and stocking products maintenance of gas pumps and car wash.

As a first assistant

handled money from previous day sales. Set schedules for other employees and daily reports that needed to be handed into the main office
