Steven Deulus

I have worked in a few different fields from wood bundling/stacking to managing a sales team to working in general construction. Each job has taught me something different. I have learned how to have a strong work ethic and to always keep a positive attitude. I have learned how to talk with people really well when it comes to sales, and how to dissolve situations when something doesn't go well with a customer , always making sure the customer leaves happy! I have learned how to manage a sales team to help drive profitability and to make sure everyone is hitting their sales goals as well. I've been able to learn a lot of different skills in construction like roofing,framing, drywall, concrete etc. I am very fortunate to have gained all the diverse experience and knowledge throughout the many fields I worked through, I look forward to bringing my experience into the team to make an overall better product.
