  • Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of the USACE Contingency Operations responder curriculum.
  • Act as the National Exercise Program Subject Matter Expert.
  • Manage the strategic development of the emergency management educational programs.
  • Served as the liaison for the George Washington University EM Masters and Certificate programs within the USACE.
  • Led International training and exercise initiatives for the Civil Military Emergency Management Program within USACE for Honduras, Chili, Peru, Columbia, Albania, Republic of Georgia.
  • Served as Program Manager for the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) within the USACE.
  • Developed the distance learning architecture for the Emergency Management Community of Practice within the USACE.

Accomplishments

As the first employee of the newly established Readiness Support Center, I created and led the training and exercise programs to become the enterprise standard for learning excellence. I also assisted with a professional and scientific approach to performance improvements through the ECA, RAP, CERAP and EMAP and now EmCip programs. As the COR over the ENGLink program contracts, I assisted in the management of the deployment both in development and user functionality.
