Accomplishments
As the first employee of the newly established Readiness Support Center, I created and led the training and exercise programs to become the enterprise standard for learning excellence. I also assisted with a professional and scientific approach to performance improvements through the ECA, RAP, CERAP and EMAP and now EmCip programs. As the COR over the ENGLink program contracts, I assisted in the management of the deployment both in development and user functionality.
