- I assisted with the conversion from Target Custom Metro 2 code to the TSYS compliance standard version.
- This involved mapping from custom module to the standard format and identifying the needed client specific changes that had to be incorporated into the standard version.
- Documentation had to be updated as well as on-site client education between the two versions of Metro 2 code.
- I have also worked with additional clients such as Barclays, CIBC, RBC, & Capital One on site and via phone calls.
- I had to prepare presentations and client education documents on how to use the TSYS system and then deliver them via on site presentations or via teleconference.
