Assisting with assembly and finishing of precast concrete structures, including;

-wet setting, tuckpointing and pouring structural grout between pieces

-patching and repairing all concrete surfaces from damage from assembly and transport

-pre-packing all lifter and weld plate pockets with structural grout and patching with surface patches when appropriate

-any and all other tasks required to turn over a completed precast structure free from damage or blemishes

-laying block in commercial settings from the ground, scaffolds and hydro-mobil platforms

-laying block level, plumb and to the specifications of the plans, to include all reinforcement, waterproofing and insulation required

-spent a couple weeks doing exterior waterproofing on the new construction of a hotel

- laying of brick, block, stone, tile, and the application of stucco in mostly residential applications

- pouring and finishing of concrete slabs and footings with finishes appropriate to the projects

- setting corner poles off of batter boards to plan specifications for construction of foundation walls
