- Learned safety tips for conducting traffic stops as well as tips to help make the officer feel safe when conducting a traffic stop

- Learned skills for when conducting investigations and gathering evidence

- learned proper formatting skills and record keeping for standardized memorandums

• Active participation in JROTC in Miami Killian High School

- Learned proper Guidon bearer procedures and marching techniques

- Was in active leadership positions such as Team leader, Squad leader, 2nd Platoon Sergeant, and acting 1st Sergeant

- Learned accountability for those in my squad and platoon, how to communicated to those below and above me in a timely manner, and help train Cadets in the program to the standards set

- Learned proper grooming techniques and kept align with the grooming standards

• 2 Years as a Cadet in Detachment 155 ROTC

-Learned the Air Force standards for documents, grooming, and leadership

- Trained other cadets and brought them up to standard, kept accountability with their grooming and attendance, taught them proper marching and cadence calling techniques, and never left a wingman behind when it came to PT
