I started as a 2nd class carpenter and worked my way up to a Journeyman carpenter. I followed directions and asked questions as needed. I grabbed tools every morning and met my carpenter on site where we were working for the day. i learned to read prints, set anchor bolts , set forms. We did lay out and shot grade for T.O.C. . I Learned on site tranning as well as saftey protocalls.
