Oversee all 3 facilities - Plant & 2 Warehouses -

Maintain structural, roofing, HVAC, docks and utility work

Work closely with Maintenance Department to align with everyday workorders, PMs and every day functions of machinery & production needs

Manage boiler room issues, technology and chemical testing, for proper function and efficiency

Lead Manager for new installations of equipment and up and coming projects.

Liason to outside contractors and vendors

Interact with staff on multiple levels to insure product safety and efficiencies

Work closely with IT Department for programming issues and software and data retention

Support company mission, vision, strategic plan, goals and management decisions. Follow standards for food safety -

OSHA, FDA, HACCP, EPA, GMP

Oversee multiple departments -

Production, Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation

Work with Engineers and Maintenance staff to help support mechanical decisions, solutions and process changes

Scrutinize production output and identify area for improvement

Team building, Union interactions, collaborate and improve communication by evaluating personnel performance and leadership roles

Lead and motivate members of Maintenance Department

Prioritize and schedule work assignments and ensure maximum up time of production machinery and equipment

Obtain quotes on projects, evaluate quotes based on price, time schedule and quality of work - Coordinate outside maintenance contractors

Align production support, ensuring quick response to Production line calls to keep Production up and running

Attend daily & monthly scheduling meetings, HACCP meetings, commercialization meetings and product and efficiency meetings
