Considering Endurance was new "start up" Company, i was hired to not only build pumps but to structure all standards for Pump Build. base sleeving / head sleeving , AR stand off sleeves, make up sleeves, shaft straightening, and shaft travel standards for all pumps were structured through me. Same as in Shipping. I am fully Capable of any Shop/ Shipping work In E.S.P.

Pulled in organized jobs according to the ocm job tickets. Also organized / prepared equipment for coating , welding and shipment.

• Verified all equipment is up to Apergy procedural standards, before being shipped. Motors, Protectors, Gas Separators, and Pumps
• Worked with shipping to verify the type/ grade/ serials of equipment was correct
• Worked with Q.V.C lead and operations management to resolve procedure problems, improve operations and provide exceptional customer service

• Certified Pump Mechanic-I assembled and torqued pumps, along with straightening shafts
• Certified Torque Mechanic - Applied the proper amount Compession, using A+B-C=X equation. I Also Operated Heavy Torque Machinery along with Heavy Lathe Machinery
• Certified Pump Tester- Tested all new build Pumps, including re-run/ rental Equipment. Passing and Failing equipment by required API standards. Horsepower, Efficiency, and Lift
• Certified Gas Separator Assembler- I Assembled/ Tore down Gas Separator systems as needed for required jobs
• Certified in Q.C/ Pre- Check- Assembled tandom sets of Gas Seperator Systems, and Seal Protector Systems. Pre-Checked whole units making sure every piece of equipment passed by Summit/ Halliburton Standards

• Mechanically disassembled/ assembled running tool equipment replacing and restoring what was needed
• Assissted in building, torqueing and stabbing cement liner running tool equipment
• Completed, electronic tool build sheets/ data entry for all re-build/ teardown equipment
