I have worked in every part-time and full-time position in the 9 years I worked at Michael’s arts and crafts. I ran registers, assisted customers in-person and over the phone. I made and edited schedules, worked on payroll, did interviews and hiring. I’ve also unloaded trucks, worked out product, flipped side counters, reset side counters, took care of price changes, and was in charge of money getting to the bank. I did custom framing where I would make designs for artwork coming in, then 2 weeks later would put the pieces together. I became our districts fixer and worked in 6 different stores, and was sent around to help other stores get back on track or train people to the level I had reached in specific areas.
