I am a seasoned practicing attorney specializing in commercial transactions, corporate, licensing, and trademarks. Over the years, I have negotiated, drafted, and represented clients concerning all kinds of contracts, including acquisition, employment, loan and finance, and office and warehouse lease agreements.
