Collaborate with treatment team for patients enrolled in ambulatory withdrawal management.

Perform day to day operations of ambulatory withdrawal management program.

Monitor patients while in Ambulatory withdrawal management and dispense prescribed medications.

Administer long-acting injectable medications.

Review patient health screenings and coordinate follow up care.

Submit medication prior authorizations to insurance companies.

Collect UDS samples

Track clients receiving Clozaril.

Assess patients in active withdrawal and provide interventions to manage physical and psychological withdrawal symptoms.
