I have been in management for the last 9 years working for this company. I have taken on almost every role inside the company, I started at the Auntie Anne's they own and very quickly worked my way up to shift leader, shift supervisor, manager and general manager. I was in charge of my own store for many years, I even helped manage a second location that was inside the same mall. I was in charge of doing reports, scheduling, hiring, training, product order for multiple locations. I trained many of my employees into management and two I trained into general managers. I worked at different concepts owned by the franchise and managed multiple stores before they created a janitorial company and asked me to be in charge and run the company. I do the cleaning, hiring, training, expense sheets, maintain constant communication with ten stores.
