Being a part of the culture of the Cavaliers through the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 has been very important to me in my own and my brothers' personal development. In a sense, the program has been through a lot of changes as the newest director has been destined to align the Cavaliers back on track to championship glory. Us as membership have had that same collaborative focus, especially those of us who have stayed with each other through the years. As I 'aged-out', it was important to me that I was able to "leave it better than I found it", both as a member and also as a section leader in my final season.
