• Residential plumbing including, water heaters, main water line replacement, toilet replacement, sweating copper pipes, stoppages, customer service

• Rental turnovers, evictions, general plumbing/electrical, painting, dry wall repairs,property maintenance (landscaping/trash pick up)

• Full home re-pipe, use of an excavator, all general residential plumbing, some commercial plumbing experience, driving a work vehicle, sales/pricing, customer interaction

• Supervision of a crew, running equipment (skid loader, scissor lift, boom, terminator, fork lift),communicating with superintendent and project managers, reading blueprints, operation of a work vehicle, organization of a storage unit, recording work hours
• Traveling to various work sites across Florida
• Following all OSHA guidelines
