Typically conduct two certification exams weekly from 1.5 to 3.5 hours, resulting in over 150 professionals receiving certifications as Resilience Building Leaders. Worked with the CEO and Director of Partnerships in designing new ideas for curriculum and delivery.

Oversee 150+ courses in Leadership, Management, and Business with an average course size of 20 students. Consistently recognized by students and faculty every seven weeks for outstanding course instruction. Awarded an Open Education Resources (OER) Initiative grant for the academic year 2020-21.

Zachary’s Learning-Centered Mentoring approach provides the foundation for the mentorship. Meet monthly for 60 – 90 minutes to discuss course updates, concepts for papers, and literature reviews. Long-term, three-year mentorship overseeing the student's progress through the DEL program.
• Mentor – American Corporate Partners, 2021, Present, A One-on-one mentoring activity with a transitioning US Military service member or education professional. Meet monthly by design, following up on their transition process, job search, resume-building, and network applications. Used the ACP Mentoring program design, achieving desired results for each mentee, successfully placing them in their location of choice with the employment they sought.

• Member – Instructional Design Team, University of Charleston, Charleston, WV, 2021, Present, Member of a five-person team selected to review over 300 current and new undergraduate courses for currency, validity, and educational accreditation.
• Secretary – Faculty Assembly, University of Charleston, Charleston, WV, 2022, Coordinated ten monthly Faculty Assemblies with the President and Provost. Established all Zoom meetings and voting mechanisms. Worked with multiple committee chairs, developing and finalizing the agenda for each meeting. Initiated four new processes for discussion and dialog, leading to more effective conduct of Assemblies. Led initiative to record all sessions for historical purposes.
• Member – Critical Thinking Committee, University of Charleston, Charleston, WV, 2017, 2021, Member of a five-person committee, I reviewed student coursework for over 250 courses annually, evaluating the Critical Thinking aptitudes of selected students. Reviewed over one thousand papers using a designed rubric evaluating the student’s ability to apply critical thinking skills by measuring their disposition, process, and metacognition.
• Chief Operations Officer (Commandant), Joint Special Operations University Enlisted Academy, United States Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, 2013, 2015, Educated 1,500 Special Operations Force Operators, Enablers, and selected General Purpose Force personnel annually through a four-level Career Education Program. Managed, advised, and led over 40 faculty to facilitate teaching, research, and outreach curriculum in the science and art of Joint Special Operations, professionally developing over 2000 Special Operations Forces at the executive, senior, intermediate leaders, and select national and international security decision-makers. Advised, recommended, and executed educational directives from the President, JSOU, and USSOCOM Command Senior Enlisted Leader supporting talent development and management of SOF Enlisted personnel through a Joint Professional Military Education system. Provided guidance, leadership, effective management, and professional development opportunities for staff and faculty of 40 + military, government civilian, and contract personnel. Directly managed a multi-million-dollar budget of over $4 million, impacting all faculty and student travel, lodging, and per diem.
• Operations Manager (Senior Enlisted Advisor), Contingency Operations Division, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, 2010, 2013, Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Contingency Operations Division with specific responsibilities for the training, development, and quality of life for 82 geographically dispersed Military, Civilian, and Contract personnel. Oversaw and managed operations for a Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) Classified mission and NIMBLE ELDER capability to support the Combatant Commander’s theater-specific strategic objectives through the Technical Support Groups (TSG). When directed, conducted duties as the DTRA Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL), a critical nominative leadership position, and was accountable to the Director, DTRA. Provided assessments and recommendations on various functions affecting operational effectiveness to the Deputies, Chief of Staff (CoS), Directors, and Assistant Directors (DTRA/SCC-WMD) to meet mission requirements.
• Operations Manager (Assistant Commandant), USA John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center & School Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 2008, 2010, NCO Academy Assistant Commandant and Commandant for Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations NCOs with an annual capacity of 2,448 students. Interfaced with Army Training and Doctrine, the USA Sergeant’s Major Academy, and the Directorate of Training and Doctrine concerning Programs of Instruction, policies, and regulations, supervised integrated and nonintegrated joint leader training. Mentored, guided and coached 54 instructors and four federal civilians in their training, professional development, and overall quality of life.
