• Currently works for a Level 1 Trauma Center as a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse. Is trained in Albany Medical Center’s Neuro-Surgical ICU, Cardiopulmonary-Vascular ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Cary ICU, Emergency Department and two Progressive Step-Down ICU’s.
• Evaluated patients, recognized and addressed complications and coordinated treatment with other members of critical care team.
• Maintained thorough, accurate and confidential documentation in electronic medical records.
• Trained and mentored students and new RNs on best practices, hospital policies and standards of care.
• Responded to emergency situations with speed, expertise and level-headed approaches to provide optimal care, support and life-saving interventions.

• Exhibits compassionate care and communication regarding their care and engaged with patients, family, and friends to provide courteous visitation experiences. Helped organize games and other activities to engage clients and offer neurological stimulation.
