Road work could involve replacing culverts, reshaping roads, seal coating, paving and talking with any contractors we may have to call in for road maintenance above our equipment capabilities.

Plowing the roads during the winter and calling in my coworker's to help with plowing of roads.

Dispatch would call me if any trees were down or any roads needed to be cleared.

Managed any issues that may come up with our dump.
