Steven Lamb

• I've worked in the Core and Coil department since I started in 2011. I started as a builder and was able to start moving around in the department. I've worked most of the jobs from front line to the back line, most recently I was a material handler.

Participated in comprehensive training for search and rescue to aid emergency operations.

Cultivated teamwork skills while serving as a volunteer firefighter.

Attended workshops on structure fire tactics to improve response strategies.

Contributed to team dynamics through active participation in firefighting drills.

• Operated on second shift in manufacturing of push mowers and snowblowers.
• Contributed to production processes while managing school commitments.
• Transitioned to new employment at Ermco after gaining valuable experience.
