• Manage fleet of 4 boats and Club memberships
• Schedule and train seasonal employees for exemplary customer service
• Manage social media profiles for marketing.

• Supervise staff in production areas and shift staff to ensure proper coverage in areas where it's needed
• EHS committee where I investigate employee incidents to resolve the at risk conditions
• Guide employees in their work performance, including establishing individual goals and providing timely feedback to assist them in achieving their goals
• Support center manager and assistant managers by performing management job tasks, including but not limited to: NCR investigations, opening and closing the center, prepare and perform plasma shipments.
