Additional Information

I mentored under William White a Senior level Personal Injury claims adjuster. I shadowed William and assisted with investigation, case manager reports and building strong relationships with providers. I had the experience under William and learned about conservatorship with courts training. William also taught me about the customer service experience by meeting with clients and case managers, physicians, housing, transportation and care providers servicing of auto claims clients.

I weekly met with case managers and gathered police reports in Williams mentorship of the claims process and built strong rapport with auto injury clients and service providers while collecting needed documentation on files.
