  • Teams have been able to reduce shrink through accurately executing Operational efficiency and accuracy, as well as reducing external theft through programs and processes that address high shrink areas and by providing excellent customer service.
  • I have delivered results helping my store and direct areas of responsibility to increase sales year after year. Online sales account for 100k+ per week in sales, so I work closely with our fulfillment team, monitoring online orders and processes as well as locker utilization to ensure smooth processes for our customers. This has lead to increases in overall customer experience.
  • I drive training and engagement throughout store. I regularly monitor Learning and Talent, Lowe's U, and AP4Me for my team and store overall. Engagement has been up and we have had the best percentage gain in engagement on our Annual BEST survey.
  • I am actively engaged in staffing, working closely with our SSA, ASM's and SM to ensure we have the correct staffing in all areas of the store as well as my direct reports. I monitor time cards and manage OT as to ensure controllable expenses in payroll are kept in line.
  • I have been very active in partnering with local community and driving Giving Back to the community. This past year I was privileged with being co-Captain of our local 100 Hometown Grant Recipients. I assisted in coordinating with local store to gain support for Red Vest Day as well as supporting our store teams in getting product and supplies to the recipient. This lead to successful building of 50+ Tiny Homes to help combat Homelessness in the Seattle Area.

  • Teams have been able to reduce shrink through accurately executing Cycle Counts, IRP, Due Files, and organizing top stock. Lumber had a capture rate of 99% and saw a net loss at inventory of $1100 down from 55K the year prior.
  • My teams have increased sales year by year by actively ensuring we are properly stocked and engaging with customers. I have lead my direct reports to increase sales in all areas but also have lead throughout the store working with Department Supervisors to ensure key processes are executed. I helped lead the rollout of the fulfillment team, getting the right associates in place and developed processes that lead to smooth processes for our customers.

Accomplishments

Co-led 100 Hometown Grants with our local recipient Sound Foundations Northwest. They are actively engaged in building temporary housing for the large homeless population in Seattle and surrounding areas.
