Creating a block supply division to coincide with the existing paver division. Putting employees in place providing them with the proper training to each level of the system. Product knowledge, handling and placement of products on trucks as well as on the jobsites for the forklift operators, drivers and office personal (including the owner). Building and maintaining a solid customer base from scratch.


Within the first 2 months increased sales to what could be handled with the 2 delivery trucks that were available with some of the larger and most established contractors in the area from my past relationships.



Reason for leaving: The company was not ready to handle the work load I was able to bring them.
