Summary

I started working at Peace Health as a CNA in 2020. During that time I floated and effectively worked on every floor in the hospital except for LD and Mom/Baby. I received my Nursing license in June 2023, and continued my health care career with Peace Health. I am currently a Registered Nurse working on 7 surgical. I have been working NOC shift for 2.5 years. During my time working as an RN I have participated in UBPC, and worked as a preceptor. I have also been trained and worked in the roles of preceptor and facilitator. I am looking to advance my professional growth and knowledge at Peace Health as a nursing professional offering proven clinical knowledge, natural interpersonal strengths and technical abilities. Knowledgeable about EMR charting, medication administration and interdisciplinary collaboration focused on optimizing patient care and support. Quality-focused and efficiency-driven leader.
