Conducted residential equipment and duct installations alongside commercial package unit installations. My job duties were double checking job details in the morning picking up the new equipment driving to the job and greeting the customer explaining what should be expected. And an approximate completion time. We would begin removal of the old equipment and ducts. Then begin the installation of the new equipment and ducts. Upon completion, I would walk the customer through the new equipment and it’s details and collect payment.

Extensive use of service Titans to look over the job details prior to the installation. Had an assigned box truck that I kept stocked and clean where I would load up the new equipment drive up to the customer’s house, introduce myself and answer any questions. The customer might have often sometimes I would help translate as my lead at the time spoke very limited English. I also was responsible for filling out all required fields on service Titans after introducing myself, we would begin demo of the old equipment and begin the installation of the new equipment answering any questions a customer might have along the way upon completion. We would walk the customer through the new equipment and show them how to use the new thermostat and then collect payment.
