- My job is to install roof support for a freshly cut face. To make it safe for other miners to walk under and continue mining.
- With the roof support included throwing a mate and mesh out every five feet and drilling and filling with eight foot rebar bolt and resin.
- The other part of my job was to drill test holes to see if the bolts are anchoring into solid top.
- I also need to read the top too see if it was strong enough or if I needed to add extra support.
