Urban Health Plan - 1095 Southern Boulevard Construction - Bronx, NY (August 2024 - Present)
New six-story, 57,626 SF medical office building/outpatient care facility built on a vacant lot with brownfield
clean-up. The facility features private medical offices, approximately 40 clinical exam rooms, administrative
spaces, waiting rooms, lab areas, and general-purpose amenity spaces using interior modular partition
systems. The building includes a poured-in-place concrete parking garage with one level at streetside and
one level underground with an automated parking system and 64 parking spaces.

Top of the Rock - New York, NY (February 2023 - August 2024)
Construction management services for the Top of the Rock Redevelopment project to refresh the iconic
observation deck at Rockefeller Center to create a modern experience. The work includes a complete
renovation to the preshow and theater, four new elevator cab fit-outs which include transparent OLED
screens and shaft lighting, and two new interactive experiences, the Skylift and Beams. The team also
installed a new bar on the 67th floor while maintaining business operations in the occupied building.

Notable Projects - Estimator

New York City Economic Development Corporation: New York City Health + Hospitals FEMA Metropolitan Hospital Flood Wall - New York, NY (March 2021 - April 2021) Flood protection and other related engineering services around the H+H Metropolitan Hospital located on a 360,000 SF superblock bounded by First and Second Avenue and East 97th Street and East 99th Street. The scope of work includes a new permanent flood
mitigation system around the campus (three structures and several below-grade utility tunnels) and relocation of NYC/NYS Emergency Management Chempak Room. The hospital will remain an active healthcare institution during construction with minimal impact.

New York City Economic Development Corporation: Orchard Beach Pavilion Reconstruction - Bronx, NY
(June 2021)
Restoration of the historic 1936 Bronx landmark. This $90+ million project includes structural demolition, reconstruction of concrete columns, reconstruction of roof slabs, restoration and preservation of the existing bluestone pavers throughout the lower quadrant and promenade, updating outdated MEP systems. Areas being rehabilitated are structural repairs, façade restoration, construction of decorative ramps for ADA
Accessibility. The scope includes white boxing for future concessionaire clients. The Landmarks Preservation
Commission is overseeing this project and there is heavy coordination with the NYC Department of Parks
and Recreation.

50 Hudson Yards - New York, NY (February 2018 - January 2019)
Gilbane completed the core and shell for the LEED Gold-designed, 2.9 million SF building reaching over 1,011 feet tall and providing direct access to the number 7 subway line. The tower offers large floorplates throughout, private sky lobbies, outdoor terraces, staggering views of the Hudson River and executive valet parking in a private porte-cochère. The white stone and glass-clad façade accentuate the verticality of the building, while the interior houses large trading and amenity spaces.

130 William Street - New York, NY (October 2016 - December 2016)
New 66-story, 450,000 SF, 800-foot luxury condominium building with 242 units, three levels of retail and two levels of amenities including pool, fitness center, basketball court, screening room, residence lounge and rooftop terraces. The building has a concrete superstructure, precast panel and arched window hand-cast façade. The tower is adjacent to MTA subway lines.
