Results-driven machine operator with a dedicated work ethic and strong verbal communication skills. Experienced at Texas Steel Conversion Inc., I excelled in operating furnaces and hydraulic presses, ensuring quality pipe production. Detail-oriented and skilled in machinery operation, I consistently achieved precise outcomes in heat treatment processes.
I learned to Operate the pipe furnaces, and also check the furnaces to ensure the pipe were straight, and turn them if needed, so they would be straight when exiting the furnaces. I also numbered , stenciled, and put color codes on pipe, as well as cut test pipe. I also learned how to operate the control panel on the hydraulic press, which is used to manually straighten crooked pipe.
I was Sent to Texas Steel Conversion to work in the Heat Treat Department to cheat furnaces, number, color code, and stencil pipe.
I worked in the Heat Treat Department. I made sure pipe entered the furnace properly. I also straightened the ends of pipe that were crooked, before drifting them, then stenciled them, and also cut samples to be tested.
