Accomplishments

  • Implemented a fully automated voicemail transcription to ticket service using openai-whisper and python. Initially running on a Windows Server 2022 VM, and later migrated to a locally hosted n8n workflow tool.
  • Developed an app that utilizes our ticketing system's API to grab tickets and map the tickets to an interactive map of their respective building.
  • Developed an app that uses PowerShell 7 to execute remote commands on Windows devices within our network to assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting.
