
Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities for facility technicians, providing hands-on support and technical troubleshooting across trades. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of plant utility and facility systems, including HVAC systems, boilers and steam systems, compressed air systems, cooling towers and water systems, plant water systems (city water supply and distribution), fire alarm and suppression systems, electrical distribution (facility-side), access controls/cameras, plumbing, and building infrastructure. Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure continuous support of plant operations; identify and escalate risks that could impact production, safety, or compliance Plan and coordinate routine and complex maintenance work, ensuring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance is executed effectively. Support troubleshooting of recurring or complex system issues and drive improvements in reliability and maintenance practices. Coordinate and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality expectations. Execute and coordinate small facility and utilities work such as equipment replacements, repairs, and system improvements within the maintenance scope. Support site compliance through participation in audits, inspections, and follow-up actions. Coordinate procurement of parts, materials, and services; manage inventory levels and assist with purchase orders and invoices. Oversee maintenance coordination for forklifts and mobile equipment. Respond to and coordinate resolution of facility-related equipment failures and emergencies.
