To highlight my majority growth experience, having the opportunity at my father's automotive shop to learn, grow, and master diagnostic repair, I want to utilize my skills and talent within a company to grow even more. I have been through three owners with the company I'm currently at, starting with Systems 2000 LLC, on to Systems Integrators LLC, to the current Ignova Mechanical. On my third day of being an assembler to becoming a manager of that department, I have grown with the company I have been at from the ground up, from assembly to managing up to seven people with over 1.5 million in inventory. Being with the company and taking on more departments, managing more people, and taking on more responsibilities, namely purchasing, inventory, receiving, shipping, and distribution, has evolved to where I am currently.
