I’ve worked at this company since 2005 and gone through three owners and three business names starting with Systems 2000 onto Systems Integrators and currently at Ignova mechanical I’ve had a variety of jobs starting here as a I’ve had a variety of jobs starting here as an assembler back in 2005 and on my third day, becoming the manager of that department becoming responsible for all part ordering holding inventory, managing a staff of three till later on in years around 2014 managing seven people for assembly and mechanical assembly also running different departments on a ground start power assembly unit that would start small jets and helicopters also taking on building maintenance machine, maintenance and at one time running three departments at one time Communication, problem-solving and adaptabilitycommunication, problem-solving, and adaptability ,computer proficiency, leadership experience, and organizational know-how
