Summary

I have a broad background in the woodworking industry. I started my career in the cabinet shop with my father as a child at the age of 9 years old. His goal was to teach me the woodworking trade so I would have it as a fall back in life. Throughout my professional tenor I have utilized these skills that I was gifted to me. Either directly or indirectly these skillsets have been of great value. I have been able to acquire management skills over the years in project/ production management roles. I have been in the past A part of the AWI as well as a participating member of the Quality Certification Program with AWI. Today I am a District Team Leader for Stiles. I specialize in CNC equipment not so much due to my technical skillsets on the machines but due to my extensive experience in the woodworking industry and my process and application knowledge. This is also the reason that I feel I am successful as a DTL. These skillset are not something you can teach but more of an acquired set of skills through experience.
