Assist in training new Technicians. Provide phone, email and onsite support to customer about operation, troubleshooting and repair of our specialized fire suppression systems.

Scheduled our team of technicians to provide repair, inspection, installation and commissioning of Flamex Spark Detection and Suppression system. Assisted with training of the new hires. Provided service work when necessary.

Scheduled Inspections, repair installations and commission of Flamex Minifog system. Conducted Service, repairs, installations and commissioning of our system. Worked closely with the customers to ensure that we were onsite when the customer had their scheduled downdays.

Worked as both Spark Detection and Minifog technician. Tested, inspected, repaired and started up Flamex Suppression systems. Troubleshot various electrical and mechanical problems with the system. Provided service and repairs in a timely manner to ensure that the customers were properly protected.

Various duties included assembly of circuit boards, wiring products, testing a number of different devices for industrial control applications. Assisted the Engineer in researching and developing new products. Assisted with writing product cutsheets and User Manuals.

Worked in Military Intellegence. Held a Top Secret Security Clearence. Worked live mission the entire time I was in service. Responcible for running missions on my last assignment. Had higher ranking solders working under me.
