I am writing to you today with great enthusiasm for the fiber industry and a desire to expand my expertise within it. Over the past three years at QualTek Field Services, I've progressed from an OSP fielder with limited prior knowledge of fiber optics and power space to an OSP Field Manager. I am proud to have self-taught myself the Katapult fielding technology, and I've consistently focused on enhancing operational efficiency through strategic planning and staff training, which has led to increased project completion rates. My experience also includes inventory management, conflict resolution, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring safety compliance across all field operations.

I am a quick learner who thrives on knowledge, and I believe that continuous learning is key to growth. While I've gained significant experience, I am currently at a standstill regarding the best path forward to further develop my skills and advance my career in this field. I have traveled extensively for projects with my current company and am comfortable with extended travel. I also have a limited working knowledge of Excel and Sheets, and I am highly capable of running electronic devices.
