At BMP I have set up, programmed ,and operated CNC Milling machines as well as CNC turning centers with live tooling. I do all of my own programming and setup work. I also get involved with maintenance on my machines most times. I can operate most any machine shop equipment such as Milling machines, lathes, surface grinders as well as Blanchard grinders.

I built automation and fixturing for industry. I built jigs and fixtures. I built electrical panels. I did air logic and plumbing. I ran Milling machines and lathes and grinders. I also helped with installations on site at the customer.

I worked at TMMI Toyota plant as an offline maintenance man. We worked in every area of the plant. We went through an extensive electrical and mechanical training program to do our jobs. I also was certified to rebuild Graco paint transfer equipment such as pumps and motors and paint guns .
