During my role as VP of Business Development at Neocova, I had the pleasure of working directly with the C-Suite of prospects as well as the Founders and Co-Founders of our company. I worked diligently to screen lead lists and incoming MQL's for SQL qualification and ensure that prospect needs and our products were the right fit. Through collaboration with Products, Solutions, and the Implementations Team, I create and virtually present the finished Product Configuration Proposals for consideration.
As EVP, I worked directly with the CEO, CFO, and CTO to ensure expected results by empowering the retail team leaders to hit their performance metrics. I was responsible for strategic deposit growth, commercial lending growth, risk, and compliance, along with revenue. During my tenure, I grew the bank by over $18MM in deposits, $15MM in commercial loans, while minimizing fraud loss to the bank.
