- Oversaw and maintained over 50+ Baptist Primary Care Centers in North East Florida with 2 other maintenance technicians.
- Perform thorough detailed PM's in a timely, professional manner. Document all PM corrections and equipment failures. Ability to find the actual cause of equipment problems and offer solutions to same.
- Maintained a good working knowledge of all equipment maintained at the mechanic shop. Access equipment problem history to take a methodical approach to correct the problem encountered.
- Knowledge and proper usage of precision measuring devices. Know the proper soldering procedures and techniques for minor copper pipe repair. knowledge of power tools and power boom lifts.
- Use of safety equipment while performing all tasks including but not limited to power tools and soldering.
- Replace ceiling tiles as needed, as well as the interior lighting. Replace ballast as needed in light fixtures.
- Maintain emergency lighting throughout all bldgs. and maintain the exterior bldg. lights as well, which include parking lot lights
- Basic hands-on computer knowledge including Windows and the Internet.
- Sheetrock repair as well as painting the interior as well as the exterior of Primary Care Centers when needed. Pressure washing is also a part of preventative maintenance for the centers.
