With little to no supervision, gathering all information from the prior shift, make checks for safety and products needed by looking at upcoming batch records and following them to the tee, cleaning tanks, transfers, mini tank mixes, tank farm, unloading tankers, operating PLC screens, keeping track of inventory

Paying very close attention to detail, conducting C.I.P's, S.A.P's, shearing, homogenizers, connecting pumps to faceplates,scale use, PH tests, logging in step by step all information in the data base

Going by daily schedule that consist of making batches in a timely matter, picking and returning ingredients with proper labels, transferring finish product to the proper lines,proper cleaning procedures
