  • Keeps Professional Service Consultants in compliance by reviewing Professional Service Billing Dashboard weekly for changes to billable hours reported. Updates the corresponding Revenue Tracker to reflect such hours to ensure a smooth accounting process at month, quarter, and year end.
  • Assists with preparation, and reporting of month-end close accounting accruals for Professional Service Consultants hours not billed by month-end, providing them to the Accounting department at the end of each reporting period.
  • Manages the invoicing process for the Americas including SAP invoicing, proforma invoicing, and portal invoicing.
  • Researches portal issues related to non-payment within e-billing vendor portals.
  • Prepares invoicing reports by collecting and analyzing data and recommending courses of action.

  • Inputting CARs (Capitalization Appropriation Requests) into the Capitalization Appropriation Request Approval Workflow System (CARAWS), ensuring that each CAR is approved by all necessary approvers according to approval level.
  • Tracked and input all invoices (accounts payable) related to new projects into the Construction in Progress (CIP) account through the duration of project. Upon completion of project (Date of 1st use), start the capitalization process by completing the appropriate forms and sending to the Capitalization Team.
  • Secured and maintained files containing sensitive financial information such as GL Account numbers, lockbox numbers, etc.
