I have more than 25 years of experience as a Resident Civil Engineer and Land Development Project Manager, delivering industrial sites, parks, roadways, bridges, and commercial and residential developments across Horry, Georgetown, Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston Counties. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from design inception through construction, including preparation of construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting, construction administration, and close-out. I have overseen the design implementation and field management of water, wastewater, grading, storm drainage, and retention/detention pond systems, as well as industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential site development, roadway, and bridge construction. Throughout my career, I have established and maintained strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, and stakeholders to secure approvals, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure projects meet strict quality and compliance standards. My work includes developing and reconciling multimillion-dollar budgets, performing engineering calculations, creating technical documentation and CADD drawings, and leading value-engineering efforts to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I have directed all aspects of field operations—erosion control, utilities, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, hardscaping, amenities, as-builts, certifications, and compliance letters—while managing HOA operations, bond maintenance, SWPPP compliance, and the successful turnover of communities to property management. As a collaborative leader, I partner with cross-functional teams, construction managers, and division leadership to deliver ready-to-build home sites, amenities, and infrastructure on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
