Being a Student Equipment Manager for football at the University of Tennessee has a lot of roles in order to get the job done
We have to get things like agiles, pop-up pads, football jug machines, and lots of other equipment out for practice every day so that the players and the coaches can get what they need to get done
We also have to clean it all up at the end and make sure the field is spotless
We also have to do laundry for the players so that they have clean workout clothes and clean practice jerseys and pants
Another thing we do is set up the locker room with all of our equipment for gameday
All in all, our goal as a staff is to be there for all the players and coaches in order for them to achieve success on and off the field.
Server
Sugar Shak

At the Sugar Shak, my job consisted of a lot of things
One of my main jobs was to serve the customers with whatever sweet treat they wanted whether it was ice cream, milkshakes, or snow cones
My other jobs there consisted of restocking and organizing the candy and drinks we had in the store, and ringing up customers when they got everything that they needed during their visit at the store.
Football Equipment Manager
Lipscomb Academy
07.2018 - 12.2020
Being a Student Equipment Manager for Lipscomb Academy Football was something I didn't know I would need
I learned so many things that ultimately helped me have an advantage when I got to my job at Tennessee
Some of the main things we did was counting and organizing our helmet inventory, setting up the sideline for games, running our practice clocks and getting out equipment, and filming parts of practice for the coaches
This job allowed me to get better in the field I wanted to go into and it set me up for success.
Pizza Artist
Blaze Pizza
03.2020 - 07.2020
I had multiple jobs while working at Blaze Pizza
The manager in charge that night would assign us certain jobs to do and that's what we did until our shift was finished
Sometimes I would build to-go boxes and clean tables, other times I would make pizzas for customers
This job ultimately helped me become more personable with people and learn how to communicate properly with customers.
