I have been teaching dance, yoga, barre, sculpt, pilates fusion and dance cardio to individuals and groups for over a decade, with students of any age, level, and physical condition. I see myself as an energetic Group Fitness Instructor/personal trainer adept in assessing individual fitness needs while providing instruction in a group atmosphere as well as one-on-one. Strong knowledge of anatomy, fitness technique and muscle recovery to prevent injury and promote success. I love to empower, inspire, and be inspired by other people, and believe that engaging the physical body with mindfulness helps to develop greater self-awareness and it promotes optimal health for all of us.
