As a Team Lead my main priorities consist of supporting my team and supervisor on the day to day operations to ensure our area runs smooth and our team stays safe while producing high quality vehicles

• Monitored workers on site during production activities for safety procedures and process compliance.
• Worked with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Updated production metrics and facilitate team communication and escalation of priority issues .
• Evaluated manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality with regular inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Prepared reports and technical documentation of day-to-day production processes.

• Prevented unscheduled downtime by informing them of any discrepancies with machinery. I.E Troubleshooting Machine sensors and sequence issues, manually moving skids and platform via HMI. Troubleshooting pneumatic doors on lift assist, Replacing air hoses regulators and valves. Swapping out urethane barrels in glazing robot. Troubleshooting glazing robot. Repairing and replacing motors and gears on conveyor line, Swapping out fluid tanks for fluid fill machine.
• Used established assembly instructions to complete jobs quickly, accurately and with zero errors.
• Performed general equipment maintenance and repair to minimize downtime.
• Inspected products and machines to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Assembled Model Y according to changing daily work orders and specific customer needs.
