My assistant and I were awarded a 1 week trip to Costa Rica for being the number one team in the company.
  • Author of THE REWARD PROGRAM, a comprehensive referral system that was adopted by the company for use in a national campaign. Philips Electronics recognized and rewarded me when they chose to implement the program on a national basis with their CE dealers.
  • I was team lead for implementing a web-based software program for our dealers that was a key factor in the company's growth from number 5 to number 1 in the industry. More dealers were trained on the software in my region than in any of the other 15 territories. While training the dealers, I was able to identify improvements for the software system that was key to the overall success of the company.
