Operating the dolly while ensuring the door line runs smoothly and efficiently. I help keep my team on task to enable better production and quality.

I ensure the daily operations of 4 mens and 1 womens halfway house. I work closely with multiple jails and court systems alongside of probation while monitoring our residents. I keep all resident files current and prepare all documents needed for resident's court appearances. I appear in court on behalf of the organization and represent our program with many local government offices. It is my job to know residents whereabouts and daily schedules at all times. I also maintain that residents are paying their weekly fees and budgeting properly.

Customer service, opened new accounts and daily transactions of the customers. I balanced all teller's tills, I was in charge of receiving weekly shipments of all cash to and from the federal reserve.
